Product story

The prototype models squad contributions and match-day expenses, then turns role-based approvals into exact payment capabilities with policy simulation and safe no-broadcast signing.

My contribution: Designed and built the treasury product, Captain/Treasurer approval model, guarded payment-intent flow, WDK proof surface, and automated verification.

What the public build demonstrates

  • A football-specific treasury surface tracks contributions, balance, pending dues, and match-day expenses.
  • Captain and Treasurer approvals create an exact, one-time payment intent before execution can proceed.
  • WDK policy evaluation and no-broadcast signing provide integration proof while the browser displays sanitized evidence.

Scope and accuracy

CupTreasury is a self-custodial integration prototype. The portfolio labels policy simulation and no-broadcast signing clearly rather than implying live treasury custody or broadcast execution.
